Chapter Thirteen
Life, Living, and Everything In
Between
"Life Is Easier Than You Think. All You
Have To Do Is Accept The Impossible, Do
Without The Indispensable, And Bear The
Intolerable."

Our mental attitudes can and do effect our susceptibility to
diseases. It is only reasonable that mental attitudes would also play a part in overcoming
the diseases in our lives. |
|
Sometimes we may feel guilty, hurt
or angry at specific traumas that happen in our lives and then down the road we get
diagnosed. It is a message trying to get through to you in a big way. There mat be things
in your life that have not been addressed. A person can eat all the right things, never
smoke or swear, and live the proverbial healthy life only to get cancer have a stroke or
heart attack. |
|
A doctor said "Vegetarians
die, some while they are running and others who smoke, like George Burns, live to be a
100." Think about this. It's true. We all have bad habits. Some can be seen by the
smoke and smell, some by the bitter words put out, som by the feelings of learned hate and
judgements. Our negative attitudes and stress that is repeatedly stuffed, not dealt with
or any feelings of "wanting out" add up to all kinds of disease. The only one
who is responcible is our own sweet self. |
